Ok so I have a small dog, and 6 14week old hens.. I have had them since 1 day old and they have been great with the dog as she has been with them.. Just in the recent days the white leghorn has been chasing my dog and pecking her right in the face.. The rest don't do this.. Unfortunately my dog is a sook and runs from her and is always watching over her back now for this chicken... Is there a way to stop this??? As my dog has been here for 6 years and she is boss not the chickens lol...

Apart from separating them, not much you can do. Just hope that the dog doesn't get brave and have a go back.

Bad idea for a dog to snap at a chicken. Could encourage it to go further and bite or kill your chickens.

Yeh I wouldn't want that! Just to keep them in order as she does nothing and I don't want her being picked on...
