Ages since I have been on (again!) I LOVE your Pekins, I have been trying to get a black Pekin or frizzle for two years & finally just heard of 3 black frizzle chicks. Hopefully at least one hen & the breeder is more than happy to have any roosters back for breeding. You can;t ask for better than that.

I have a couple of POL black frizzle hens that I will be putting with this boy soon, so it will be interesting to see the result.

I have a rooster similar (not as good ) so I would really be interested to see his X with a black frizzle. As I do not get onto site enough, when you get these chicks could you do a personal email to me so I can view pics please.

No worries Satay. Plenty more where they came from. His fertility is basically 100%, but the hatch rate for the posted eggs hasn't been very good. So, no pressure!!!! I weakened and filled the incubator yesterday. AND, I got my calendar this morning, beautifully wrapped by Sam. Thank you very, very much. It was a lovely thought.

Let's hope i do well then Aren't the calenders lovely. I can't wait for Janurary so i can put mine up. I am up to about 3 marans eggs every second day now. Some still very tiny and only one laying a fair sized one yet.
