Tell me guys. Would you be suspicious if you were only getting 1-2 eggs a day from 7 chooks? Had two broodies came off earlier in the week.
I have probably just read too many egg eating threads but have noticed on of the favorelles does spend a lot of time up near the coop.

Its a bit frustrating to admit I had to buy eggs when shopping last night :-(

Apps, I share your frustration. I've got so many Broodiies, 4 hens co- mothering 2 chicks and coro hens going through a moult. All that being said my trusty little silkies are providing me eggs. So don't feel too bad about it , of my 25-30 hens I'm only collecting 7 eggs ATM.

My chooks have dropped off too appps. Out of my gazillion chickens I am only getting probably 20 or so eggs a day from everyone right now. I have a heap of broodies. The quails are still motoring along as normal.

I had a look. Are they like tumors do you think? I was wondering if perhaps she has a yeast problem but it is a bit hard to tell from the pics. I would give her some vitamins with out iron. You can get baby ones from the chemist that doesn't cost much I would take her to the vet but as you said that's not possible so if you can give her some vitamins and let her rest. You are doing the best you can for her. Maybe you could get some antibiotice too from you produce store. I am sure fancy or luke or ash could tell you what to get. I don't think they are very dear.
