Hi, how's everyone today?
I'm having a crap week, but hopefully everyone else is feeling better.

At the moment about 60 . Some are young ones and i have about 10 roosters. I clean it out once a week. We have ducks and turkeys too but the are seperate.

At least you have 1/4 acre... I have about that many right now- but most are babies inside the house- I keep telling myself i will never do it again..but I keep doing it- Lucky I have a great supply of boxes I can use from work- just brought home another two today that will get me out of trouble this time.

True ducky but that is just for the older ones i also have many small cages around the place with babies from 3 to 7 weeks. Hubby would kill me if i had any inside lol

Oh I am so sure I would have been divorced long ago if I tried to keep both a husband and ducklings in the house. I just got home from work to find another to add to the count just hatched in the incubator. 2 other eggs in there as well so it will soon have some friends I hope. 12 days to go... Sad is it is to say good bye- I am looking forward to the up coming auction and making some room again.

Bit of exciting news for me. I have my pair of black muscoveys together and she has finally decided to sit. This will be my first lot of babies from rasta and ebony if she hatches any. I have lost 2 ducks this year and my duck eggs sales have gone through the roof so until now I have not been able to seperate for breeding. Fingers crossed for a good hatch.
