when you can ...LOL it looks like you have other responsibility's ..
Is that Yours or a Grand Baby ? cute !
If you click on the picture, it will expand. Look for the blue one in the middle. It is the biggest one and is a Cockerel.
Edited to add: You will not find one like this at the feed store. If you see chicks that look like that one, they will not be an Australorp.
Have fun getting the chicks! It is so exciting to bring them home.
They are very nice looking!
I'm sorry. Those are the best I got this evening. They won't stay still for anything. Lol
What do you think? It seems to me that the combs n wattles are redder and more prominent in person, or that could be my paranoia talkin, maybe??? They should be 12 weeks old right now, but I didn't buy them from chicks so going by what I was told.
Thanks!![]()
Thanks!Wish I could help Bethel, but whatever gender they are, they're beautiful.
you know, I'd forgotten about the placement on the head. I'll have to pay attention to that. Does it mean anything when the comb looks more serrated? Thanks! They are very nice looking!
You might have one of each. The second one looks like it has a Rooster comb, the blade goes back further on the head.
Enjoy them!
