Australorps breed Thread

Lol with all the different answers I guess I will have to wait and see what they will be. Thanks everyone for trying to help.

Some pics of my Australorps, now 15 weeks old

They are some of the loveliest chicks I've had! So friendly and just real sweethearts!
Its a bit hard to get pics of them at the moment though because I've just moved them into a new pen and its all so new to them. Hoping to get them used to the new pen and then open the doors for them to free range on the farm during the day.

Blue girl again

One of the black girls... I've noticed the two black girls are the most nervous around me... Not sure why that is.

The other black girl

Splash girl again... doesn't show her nicely at all, but I thought I'd upload it anyway.

Maddogdodge,
Good looking bunch there. I like the dark lacing on the blues. It took me and Chet awhile but we finally got the darker blue with the lacing. I am trying to get my splashes to have more black blotches this year. Don't ask me why, I just like the splashes even though we cannot show them.

Are there any Australorp owners around Shawnee Oklahoma? I've got 30 Black Australorps (7-8 weeks old) and I'm interested in hatching some eggs. I'm hoping to work a trade for a couple of good roosters. I have two, possibly three cockerels but would like to introduce some new blood into the flock when they're old enough to start laying. Anyone interested, let me know.
