Auto turn not working in nurture right 360

What is the turn light?
Mine will turn eggs manually....but has not turned them automatically yet.

EDIT to add: Oh - and try flipping the round turner grate over so the "teeth" are on the other side. That embarrassingly simple move (duh to me!) was all it took to get mine started again.

I'm completely newton's this incubator, so I didn't know there wS a "turning" light. I reset to 20bdays and this little light in the upper right corner turned on. My daughter just reported to me that it has been turning now.
