@MGG just saw this thread, sweet Avery and the pups! I just wanted to chime in and say I have experience in veterinary nutrition and birth. Please feel free to send me a message if you'd like. You're doing great!
Hi, that would be great actually. Do you have experience in dogs specifically? At the moment I'm mostly just concerned about Avery having some diarrhea with what appeared to be a few drips of blood in it. She seems fine otherwise, maybe a bit tired but I feel like that's probably normal.

I asked about the discharge because I'm concerned whether she passed all the placentas. I know a little post-partum discharge is normal. I think as long as it's not green or smelly it's okay but, of course I'm not a vet. But you're taking her to one soon so that's good.

Yeah, I had read about that. It isn't much though, so I think that's good. And her temp is normal which makes me happy.

I am a bit worried about Avery still, she's had really runny poop every time she's been outside since having them. She doesn't seem to have an "urge" but every time she poops it has been diarrhea-y. I wasn't too concerned before but it's been four days now, I feel like it should be getting back to normal now. I also saw a few drips of blood it looked like in her poop today. I wanted to make sure I didn't see worms or anything. I can ask the vet about it when we go next week, but I don't want the poor girl to have icky poop until then. I made her some hard boiled eggs again today, she loves them. I thought they might be gentle on her stomach.
Try Moro's carrot soup:

Avery threw up overnight and kept wanting to go outside. I went out with her this morning and she had explosive diarrhea, and then started dripping bloody liquid.
Still no fever. My vet is out of town until Monday.
I'm not sure what to do or what would be causing this. :(

I think it is time for an immediate/emergency vet visit before she gets even worse.

Take the pups with you and prepare some heat pads or similar in case it might take longer that expected.
