Baby Chick born with this

One of our baby chicks was born this morning and the momma really isn't paying attention to her. When I went to pick him/her up I noticed that there was this ball like thing sticking out of the bottom on the chick. What is it or what could it be? Is there a way of saving it or no?

It could be the navel with an unabsorbed yolk sac.

Just try to keep the chick from moving, you can put the chick in a mug with a damp paper towel in the incubator
