Baby chick falling over?

Hello, i just hatched a baby chick 2 days ago (the onlynone so far) and seems to be falling over. Looks like she has curled toes so i used a bandaid to straighten them out and has been on for one day but she keeps falling over still. I looked at her legs and they look fine to me. She looks a little lopsided too and don't know what it is. Doesn't look like splayed legs to me but she favors one side to the other. Any ideas?

Same thing happened with mine but she is a week and a half old. She wont eat and she hasnt pooped in a long time. She can drink but when we move her she coughs it up . She can stand but she will fall over after a few seconds. She has only been doing this since last night and yesterday she was running around normally.
