Baby Chick, lost feeling in leg

I found one of my just under a week old chicks limping around my chicken coop with there mum. Under further investigation it has no full back response in its leg and doesn't use that leg at all. I think it's broken above the Knee? Elbow? (Whichever) as she cheps continuously until I stop touching it. She can move her leg slightly from the hip. What can it do?

Sounds like it is very painful to her. I have no experience with this injury in a chick. I hope someone knowledgeable replies to this!
