Baby chick poo

Have a 4 week old bantam first thought she had coccidiosis treated for that , took a fecal to vet confirmed internal parasites treated for that been on nutri drench for 3 days so far. Has energy sometimes then the next doesn't her droppings look small compared to the other any suggestions or has anyone dealt with this. Recovery time? Good/bad outcome ?
