Baby chicks hemorrhoids

Help! I was cleaning my baby chicks and one of them seems to have hemorrhoids. It's swollen and bloody. What do I do??

UPDATE: I put some warm oil around the area, and she is going to the bathroom so that's good. There is still a highly infected area. I'm thinking maybe I was cleaning her pasty butt and pulled out some hair? I have neosporin on it so hopefully will clear it up
