He really is a sweet boy! I'm dreading when the hormones kick in. Maybe I'll get lucky and he'll be relatively chill with his 3 girls.

I've never had a male duck bite me before. Sometimes Donald will put his head down and come at me but he stops and turns around. I've been flogged by Thelma and Louise when I got to close to the babies. They were like a tag team you get one side and I'll get the other. They were good mothers protecting the babies.

Oh I know, Wobbles was such a sweet little mama's boy until he hit his first season. Then he turned into a royal jerk! He's still sweet with me now that the season's over, but he'll attack pretty much anyone or anything else. Like boxes, soda cans, my wedding dress....you figure THAT one out...

Wobbles is a call duck isn't he? Is that typical for that breed to be aggressive like that? If he wasn't so little I would guess he has a little goose in him.

hopefully after the demo and rebuild it will look drastically different.

They still haven't tore down the house. Of course we heard from the neighborhood gossip that it was going to be this week but who knows. I don't think it will look anything like the old one I don't think they build them like that anymore.

Don't you wish they'd just tear that house down and get it over with?

My babies are 14 weeks old today. Hard to believe.

Donald is the bigger (non-crested) Pekin.

Weeeee, so glad to see a picture of your sweet flock,Debs. Love them. It is so neat they stay so close together. Alfalfa's a little sweetie with her crest.

Patty, how are Que Sera & Uno getting along?

Don't you wish they'd just tear that house down and get it over with?

Que Sera and Uno are fine. They kind of hang togeather being the youngest. Uno has got the strangest markings on his face. It's like a small dark half circle under each eye. It makes him look like he has a black eye. Que Sera is showing off now. She's eatting out of my hand and no one else on this side of the yard is doing it. I'm hoping Uno will start doing it if he sees Que Sera. Topper and Dee Dee the girls on the other side of the fence love to eat out of my hand. Topper is a pig in a ducks body. After I feed her and Dee and Freckles in the side yard she runs and eats Sherry's food out front. Clyde tries to run Topper off but there is no stopping her when she sees the boiled eggs.
