baby duck with lots of problems

Well sometime in the night I lost my lil Shirley she hadn't been well for a couple weeks and now she is a young duck again..

The girls don't get offended when the boys find them food.  They know where it is but they pretend they don't.  Most of the time the roos try to trade food they find for favors.  Sometimes the roos will even pretend they find food just to get the female to come over and look.  I don't think Goldie was flirting she just wanted the boiled egg in the food bowl.

Fascinating about the bird dynamics. I think it is cute the roos do that for the girls for ulterior motives. And good for Goldie, all she wanted was boiled egg.
