baby duck with lots of problems

Hey, as long as they're not fertilized I have no problems with it. Only issue is, as a call duck, Bean isn't gonna lay many eggs at all! They'll be teeny, too...trying to figure out how the heck to tweak my recipes around it.

I'll send you some ducks eggs to help boost those teeny Bean eggs.

LOL, Amy, I think you've been misled. Call duck eggs aren't always small. Most of the ones we get are somewhere around the size of what they sell as a regular chicken egg at the supermarket. Some of our Calls lay almost every day when they're laying, though 4-5 eggs per week doesn't amount to a lot if you're using them for food and have only one duck.

You know what this means, right? If you're going to eat the eggs, you're going to need more ducks. That's it, and no way around it.

LOL! Oh man...I'm actually considering selling my home and upgrading to one with a yard. The lengths I go to for duckdom...

OMG I have a tiny Call Duck going through similar problems.. he has deformed feet too which is SO sad. I was able to correct his baby brother's feet but his are worse. Our strong little babies!!
