Do you have Mosquitos where you are? If so, that could be fowl pox.

Yes I do I live in Houston Texas so we get them a lot in summer time

I tend to agree that it's Fowl Pox. I do see bubbles on the eyes as well. Is there a discharge from the nostril (one that doesn't have the lesion)?

If you have a vet that can help you it would be best.

If it is Fowl pox it may be tricky to treat. Usually the scabs do not need to be disturbed at all, but I fear the bubbling at the eye may indicate infection which would need to be addressed.

Foel pox would be my guess... other than that, I got nothing...

I haven't seen this before, but I would agree possibly fowl pox. The growths do start pimple-like, then get bigger and can scab over which could make them look black like this.

thank you for your response. I'm starting to think it's fowl pox does it run its course? Should I keep them separate from my other chickens?
