Bacon..Bacon...I hate Bacon

Never really cared for bacon. A BLT once or twice a year in the height of good tomatoes is more than enough for me.

Okay.

For lunch I am having a pig candy sandwich. Bacon, brown sugar, pepper all baked in the oven until done and then placed on wheat bread with a little Miracle Whip. It is warm, gooey goodness that is better than cake.
(Clearly I will be having vegetables for supper to make up for my lunch time decadence...)

Ok, I hate you all. I keep reading this bacon thread, and NOW I have to go up to the local store and buy two pounds of locally raised and processed smoked bacon.
