This coloration looks like ocular Marek's to me.

I took the cloudy picture inside so I'm sure the flash caused the cloudy mess. I have had him since day one. He turned two last spring. During the heat wave here in Al this summer, he was fine one day then covered in scabs the next. So it was two years before the breakout. He got it the worst. A few others had mild very small scabs and others had none. A week later everyone was fine. I'm waiting for the vet to call back, and am going to clean him up so I can what's what as far as wounds go. Keep y'all posted and thanks for the great advice and help.

This is a hen that I suspect has ocular Marek’s-

One of her pupils never dilates. Does your rooster’s eye stay the same, even during the night or when in a dark room, or does his pupil change size/get bigger?

If his eye is *not* cloudy then I don't think a vet needs to see him.
It's not. I gave him a bath to clean all the dry blood and see how bad his injuries were. His comb is pretty irritated. And the blood only caked his neck feathers. His eyes are clear. 👍
