bad news for shipping eggs :(

Has anyone thought about where they live also? Obviously if eggs are being shipped from a rural area to a rural area then you run the risk of having them sit.

If you live closer to a city or metro area, then it probably wont be a problem.

Uhm if im not mistaken the news has been reporting gas prices as dropping, why would they now do this?

There is a gas shortage is the southeast that may be the case there since they can't get or run out since they can't get gas.But to blame it on gas prices when the price drops every day....

We have a terrible shortage down here right now. Most are out within an hour of getting a delivery. I just wish the P.O. would get things right before they cut back. I just sent a pkg EXPRESS, guaranteed two days (supposed to be get there overnight in most cases, they say). Paid $25 for a pkg just over a pound in weight. It's not there yet. Today is Day 3 and you bet I'm getting our money back.
