Bald chest, now bald head.. what is it?

My sweet mutt banties have bald chests. Some are really bald, while others are just a patch of bald. Now I notice one's entire side of her head is bald. Doesn't look red- just bald. I know she was not like this yesterday, as I did the entire flock inspection.

So, what is up with this? Fluke? Broodiness? Could it be the roo? He is a huge Buff Orp.
