Bald spot on back (pic)

Dot lives with another chicken (we had 2 die off a few months ago, going to get more in the next few weeks) and a few weeks ago, she developed this bald spot which has been getting progressively balder. I think it's the other chicken picking at her when Dot is dust bathing. I've put the no peck stuff on and around that area but it only slows it down a bit. We are thinking of just wrapping the spot with the medical bandage to keep the other chicken from pecking at her. No mites were noted on her and the other chicken is fine and we don't have a rooster.

Any suggestions?
