Bald spots

My black silkie have these bald spots on her neck for a while now. Not sure if it's normal. She plucks her chest feathers out when she is broody, but I'm not sure about the neck feathers. Here are some pics I tried to take. Please help. Thanks

How old is she? Is it possible that she's starting to molt? Does she have a bully maybe plucking her feathers overnight?

She is just over a year now. She has a sister who she shares a nesting box with at night. No bullying as far as I know. There are other boxes, but they want to he together. They are both a bit moody when broody and I don't see any feathers in the coop whet I open them up in the mornings.
