Bantam egg layers

My daughter and her hubby raise Call Ducks (miniature ducks) and are considering adding a couple of small (Bantam) hens for eggs. Can they be raised together? What breeds would you recommend?

Old English games are my favorite bantams, but I have a 12 week old mottled cochin pullet that I'm going to keep just for kicks and giggles.

It's my first bantam since I was a kid... many thanks to onthespot (Patty) from Norco.

Cochins, Silkies, a few other calm friendly breeds, ones that are good layers or brooders, and of course not all chickens will get along with ducks, even if the breeds are right.

Try checking this you may get more breed ideas than what i said.
