Both of these little dears were hatched on 7/9, making tomorrow their 2-month "birthday". The little guy (or girl, not sure which just yet), has always been small. I have heard of "runts" or "dwarfs" hatching out, but also heard that they generally died soon after. This one has always seemed pretty strong to me.
I know the fellow that bought the rest of his kin, so he was kind enough to agree to let me keep one of them behind to keep it company until my new batch are big enough to move outdoors into the aviary with it.
Any thoughts on this? Greatly welcome them and would be happy to be a part of a possible breeding project if anyone else has a similar little dude. Sorry for the poor quality on the pics. Guineas are always moving and shaking it seems!!
