Bantam thread!

I am in the Netherlands. I cant buy the vaccine over here for les than 10000 doses, so that's way to expensive.
Here their is no shipping of live animals. We have a few hatcheries who sell vaccinated bantams, but they have no more than 2 or 3 breeds.
Darn, I'm obviously not familiar with the rules in your area, that definitely makes things tricky.

About 1/3 of my flock is now bantams.
I started with Wyandotte bantams.
Alpia & Wrold with my standard frizzle, Lavender. They all went broody together & landed in broody jail.

& I am chasing Seabrights.
As companions I think bantams are unbeatable. They start out people friendly & are very easily tamed.

SO CUTE! I love them!
I agree, I've been spending about 10 minuets with my bantams each day, and with just that they're so easy to tame.

Omgsh I don’t think I’ve seen a chicken as pretty or cute as Olivia. Frizzled muffs are so adorable

I've added two more bantams to my flock today! They are Mille Fleur D'Uccles. I've named them Omelette and Scrambles. They are the cutest little things. They absolutely adore each other. They cuddle, follow each other around, and even preen each other.

(Please excuse the mess. They are temporarily in the garage until I get their coop and run sorted.)
