Has your banty rooster sired any chicks before? If the hen is standard sized maybe he was not able to make a positive connection.

Yes. A lot of the eggs we were gathering were fertilized. And great news! 5 hatched yesterday morning. I discarded the rest of the eggs.

I have 1 banny rooster & 3 banny hens. The hens started sitting about 3 weeks ago. How long should I wait before discarding the eggs? None have hatched so far.
