Barnevelder breeders lets work together and improve the breed

I have one barnevelder egg that should be hatching in the next couple of days. I started with five of them, but only one developed after a three day trip in the mail. I do think I will be getting some more of them in the incubator once this round hatches.

Thanks! LOL I get more comments about that picture!

I grew that pumpkin in 2007. It weighed in at 678 lbs. I gave up growing giant pumpkins because of the time it takes...I decided that if I was going to be spending that much time in the garden, it needed to be for something I was going to be eating!

When I get into something, I tend to go all in.....and right now I am into chickens!

Hello!! I wanted to get into this thread since I am hoping to be the owner of a barnevelder chick in the next couple of days...great to find you on here! I am looking forward to seeing mine hatch.
