Barnevelder or Welsummer??

I’ve got 3 chickens that were supposed to be barnevelder pullets when we bought them. I’m thinking they may be welsummer Roos. Is anyone able to tell these two breeds apart? I will attach pics. Pretty positive number 1 is a rooster but I’m new to this so I’m curious about 2 and 3. Definitely curious if they are actually even barnevelders?? Can anyone tell?

I agree, I think they all three do look like welsummer cockerels. Are you allowed to have roosters where you live?
