Barnevelder rooster?

My friend got a couple Barnevelders from me this spring (hatched April 13th factory sexed) and just sent me this photo (first one in the grass). She said the bird doesn't crow and usually runs away from her but we think they/them looks like a he/him with the big red comb and wattles.
I raised 3 pullets and they have small combs and wattles still, note the pullet in the back ground in the grass. They should start laying next week perhaps.
I'll also attach a pic of one of my pullets (early this morning before a storm).

We say he's a shy boy.

What do y'all say? Rooster?

This is a pullet. Probably close to laying.😊
