As of 2-17, after collecting and rotating older eggs out, I have 15 eggs in the collection, oldest being 2-9. Will continue to rotate older eggs and put in new ones.

This collection is taken, sorry. Thanks, Connor! Stay tuned for the next round.

ETA: The next round has begun with 4 BR eggs so within a few days, should have another dozen or so.

I have 14 BR eggs available right now for pickup at the end of Feb. 28. I also have chicks available now.

ETA: Correction, 16 eggs ready to go. Will have to rotate some out soon to make way for fresher ones, though. Got another 100% fertility report back.

when are you collecting next?

I have some now that could go, oldest are just over a week old. Not sure, think maybe 15 eggs, would have to check on that.

ETA: There are 15 after having to remove 2 that had aged out, but there will be more today, I'm sure. I see you're in Marietta. Did they remove that restriction about having to have 2 acres to own chickens that used to be in place?

One of the main layers here has gone broody so lost a key player to the Broody Zone. May not be many eggs for awhile.

Not That I know of .Im on 5 acres.

Not many folks have that much land in Marietta, so you're probably good. I'm not 100% up on the chicken laws but we have family in Cobb County that gripes because they can't have chickens (not as much land as you have).

Sorry folks, TWO of the Stukel BR hens have gone broody, therefore, quit laying. Egg collections will be slowed way down now, only provided by a couple of hens, so for the time being, I guess there won't be many more of these.

Since both hens are trying to go broody, hence not laying, and a repeat customer picked up the current collection of BR eggs today, I'll temporarily close this ad. Stay tuned!
