Barred Plymouth Rock Rooster

Hi all. We hatched 2 of 6 eggs on Easter and have a beautiful hen and a glorious rooster. He is an amazing specimen and kind enough to hold... if you can catch him. Unfortunately in Long Beach, we are not allowed to have cockerels. That said, I need him relocated and in a hurry! He is far too loud for our little neighborhood and I fear the neighbors are stretched to the end of their patience.

Well I hope you find a home for him. They do tend to wake people up huh? I love the sound of a rooster but not everyone is so fond of that call. Too bad you weren't in Long Beach MS.

Thanks for responding. We found him a great home and are left with our 4 hens.
