Barred rock 19 week old is this a rooster??

We have two barred rocks about 18 1/2 weeks old. These are backyard chickens and we can’t own a rooster.

Very concerned the one “hen” looks more like a rooster. Can anyone help? We need to find a new home if it’s a rooster before the crowing starts! thanks!

The comb is a lot redder and larger but the color says Pullet! If she were a rooster she would look a lot lighter than the other. Like this:

The full, red comb/wattles.....production is hormone driven, these same hormones create a full, plump, RED comb and wattle. Non producing birds have paler, drier in appearance, smaller combos and wattles.

Is this generally the case with all hens?
