Barred Rock Being a Jerk to younger hens

So I have 7 chicks that we raised from a day old back in Feb, I sold all of my older chickens except a young barred rock that I wanted to keep since I didn’t think she had started laying yet, well now she is pecking the younger ones like crazy esp my RIR. Anyone know how to get her lower in the ranking order? I have heard you can put her in a small cage for a whole day maybe?

I, too, have heard that if you isolate the one causing the problem it helps to calm her.
