Dude, im tan even in winter! people ask me if I go tanning im like "Does it look like I want to get skin cancer?"

I've got major issues with bathing suits. I need one piece suit that has a little "dress" to go past my heavy thighs, I mean HEAVY! and a sarong would not cut it for that purpose. so I ended up getting a tank top and shorts to go with it and its UGLY! Im too 80 lbs overweight! I try to work out the Y as much as I can but right now I am dealing with shoulder pain (tear in rotator cuff and tests and surgery are pending).
