I know my 3 babies have a pure white runner for a dad, the mother is either a pure white or a dark fawn.
Right now at nearly 4 weeks their bills have really lightened from the bright orange when they were hatched.
Should I expect the bills to darken up to orange again? I'm pretty sure they're going to be whites because the feathers are beginning to come in.
