Beatiful Siamese Stray..Wish me luck...caught him!

I've had purebred Chocolate points and their paw pads are brown too.

I love crossed eyed Siameses, my beloved Bambi was a crossed eyed cat and she was the best Siamese I've had. Her voice is so Siamese and TALKS! My other Siamese, naaaaah, they have a high pitch squeak but not a deep throaty meow. Right now I got a 3/4 Siamese but she has some tabby marks thru her seal point body with some yellow highlights (weird) and the breeder was so misinformed that her father was purebred......with the tabby swirls and circles on his seal point body, no he is more likely a half Siamese. Neverthanless, I dont breed Siamese nor wanted to, just a beautiful cat to have and their dispositions are wonderful to me. Siamese cats are NOT for everyone because of their vocals, or their strange quirky behaviors.

I LOVE my Siamese cats too!
Here are my boys...Snip and Chip. Snip was supposed to be a blue point but we do not think he is full blooded like we were told he was when we bought him. Chip is the seal point.

Here is a better pic of Snip.

Snip is the master of curling up to sleep and keeping the light out of his eyes.

Nerfy, I haven't read every post in this thread so forgive me if this has been answered, but did the vet check him for feline leukemia?

He is a gorgeous boy and looks very content in your house. I'm hoping his thinness is a result of being a stray or lost and not due to FL.

I just have to say that you all have the most beautiful kitties!!

Your pictures are wonderful!

I had a seal point when I was younger & she was the best cat in the world. I still miss her.

Keep those pictures coming! And how lucky to find such a cat.

Hm, I've not knowledgable on the whole Siamese colors. Thanks for the info tho. I have never heard of a Lynx Point. Is CiCi considered that due to his stripes? Here's a full pic of his body: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3015/2986107431_7b70628cb7.jpg?v=0

Yes it's so aweful to see an animal just 'dumped' carelessly. I have other cats (dropoffs too

-- we live in the country) & have never or would ever choose to declaw a cat. It's got to be awefully painful. But it is odd to see CiCi 'try' to sharpen his claws on the side of say the couch (which None of my other cats do -- Thank God) & I have to always correct him cuz I'd fear my other cats would look at him wondering why "he" gets to sharpen his claws everywhere when they can't, lol. & they'd wanna follow his lead,
roll.png
even tho he's doing nothing due to him being declawed. But the poor guy uses the scratching post often tho.

He has what looks like snaggleteeth top eye teeth, lol. The tips of his 2 top eye teeth stick out the bottom of his mouth, looking like they're too long, lol. & he often falls asleep with his tongue out, lol. Like in this pic: (It's Blurry cuz I have to zoom in farther away or he wakes up & pulls his tongue in before I get the pic, lol. http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3251/2986963944_1d1976cf02.jpg?v=0

Oh he is so cute! I love the tounge
lol.png
His paws are white so he couldn't be full but his face looks exactly like a Siamese we had. I guess thats why I assumed he was. I think he is even cuter with those white paws. Honestly I like mutts more because of their unique patterns. Same thing with dogs. The only thing I really care about of course is their personality. I think every cat and dog is beautiful

Oh, that is what I was told by my mom. I don't know, that is why I really have never had interest in pure breeds, there are some people that say one thing and others that say others. Maybe she ment pinker??? Mine have pink paws compared to the seal points but they are much more brown compared to our stray who has almost a pastel pink. My mom breeds round faced Siamese, and there are a lot of people that say that they are not true Siamese because they don't have the long face and body and very crossed eyes. The only reason she loves them so much is because of their personalities.

Aww they are so cute

I LOVE the names! How did you come up with them?

I personally like the apple shaped heads than the wedge shaped heads but either one of them, they got personalities!

Red, your Chip looks like a tabby pointed but yes, I agree with you that he is not full blooded. Neverthanless, they are all beautiful!

Some Siamese cats I know sometimes can be so stuck up LOL! But I think they know they are beautiful and no question about how they feel about themselves as King or Queen of the house!

Yes he does look like he is doing yoga! We are always finding him curled up in strange ways. Crazy kitty.

My girls named them...they collected and loved Beanie Babies at the time (about 11 years ago) so they named them after two Beanie Baby cats.

But to pacify my son...Chip also goes by Chipper Jones who was one of his favorite baseball players at the time.

And yes we are sure Snip is not full blooded...when we got him the tabby markings did not show but as he matured and darkened they popped out. But of course we love him strips and all. He defiantly thinks he is King of the house! Chip is a sweetie. When my husband had chemo the first time in 2003 for the entire 6 months…ever time he had a treatment and was sick in bed, Chip would quietly lay with him and keep him company. They really bonded. My husband could never remember which one was which but after that Chip became his pal and earned a special place in his heart.
