Behavioral Question - Ducksss

So, since the past months of raising ducks, I've noticed they tend to swim in the pool and run out together crazily and run back to the pool? I'm not sure what's happening. They'd swim a lap or two and just run out then come back chilling in the pool. I'm not sure if it means they're overly excited, happy?

Lol when my geese do it they always scare the other one out of the pool because they never give a warning when it’s going to happen but then they run right back in and play somemore. Now my Runners get started when one starts all follow so you’ll get 7 at one time jumping out and jumping back in zoom zoom

I call it the zoomies. Can sometimes follow swimming in a circle and flapping water out with one wing.
