Best antibiotic cream?

I know, she's acting normal besides it and I don't know why. I can try offering feed again, I've just been giving cat food since that's the one thing she certainly eats. She also was showing interest in meal worms, too. Never showed interest in lettuce the other day but I could try again. Don't think we have peas...

I did just go out there a minute ago and all the cat food in her bowl was gone...Could have been the blue jays as I saw them pecking at her food yesterday but I really hope that she actually ate some more. There wasn't a lot in there but its better than nothing. :fl

@Miss Lydia Hello again, figured I haven't updated you on my duck in a couple days and just wanted to ask a question.

The duck that got injured is doing so much better, slowly growing more bold like she used to be and nosing her way in to eat more when I feed them. I admittedly haven't picked her up in a few days, only because her wounds were doing well and she's been very elusive of me. She's finally trusted me enough tonight to get close and I caught her and was able to check up on her face. You can't really even tell she was attacked on the left side of her head, those have entirely healed. The right side is still scabbed; I put some more neosporin on it and I'll keep an eye on how it progresses.

It seems like right when she was starting to get back to her normal routines, she's now developed some weird cough/maybe a slight sinus infection. She had one a few months ago, actually, it never was serious. No discharge or foamy eyes, she only had this cough or sometimes sneeze, so I treated their water with apple cider vinegar and it cleared it up fairly quickly. I eventually stopped treating their water, and now she seems to have it again. (with no discharge or anything) However, this time it's different. Before her voice wasn't affected, but this time it's just off kind of strained, I guess hoarse? But it sounds deeper and nasally. I can't describe it, but its like she's having a hard time producing much of a sound at all...I could get a video if you like.
I'm treating their water with ACV again in hopes that will help her. I don't know if there should be anything else I need/could do to help her, but I'll stick to that for now.

The last thing was a question. As I looked her over tonight, I noticed she had this weird red bump on her leg. She never had any wounds on her legs, by the way. I checked the other to make sure I wasn't just noticing some anatomy, and I noticed she does have a tiny bump with a slight reddish dot on it on the other leg, but the one I really noticed is twice the size and hard. Do you know what this could be? Again, I could get a picture if you need it. I put her up in her pen tonight already so I can get to her easily.

Sorry for the long post. Thank you for your help! (and to anyone else who may reply)

Pics would def be a good idea. And you can try the ACV it is a great for minor things(tonic) but if she has an upper respiratory infection you’ll need an antibiotic. To treat her. A video of her cough and voice would be good too.

Alright, thank you. I didn't get a video of her cough, since she doesn't do it too often. It's more every now and again...I did get two different ones of her voice, I don't know if it's good enough for you to tell. You can really hear her hoarseness when she tries to bob her head and 'talk' to the others, so I may have to wait for tomorrow when I let her out with the others to see it. I was more moving my phone close to her this evening to make her make an unhappy 'peep' to see if I could at least get that.

I'll also upload the pictures of her leg in a moment.

And the pictures of her leg. You cant see the bump too too well so I hope you can go off what I show...

The red spot up by her feathers is what I mean.

This is what the other leg looks like:

From the angle it's at it looks like a bump, but theres only this tiny 'dot' of a 'bump' I can feel. Again, it's up by the feathers.

She walks normal and doesnt sit or lounge around abnormally.

I’m not sure what the redness on her legs is, just keep an eye on them. You could put some antibiotic ointment on it if you want. Her voice does sound strange, are you putting ACV into her water? You might try some. Her eyes look clear and she doesn’t have any discharge? Can you hear anything when she breathes?

Alright, I will. I don't have any antibiotic ointment, I just ended up using neosporin for her so I never got some. Would neosporin work or should I go pick something up?

Today I started to treat the water with ACV. It was at least two days ago I started to hear the cough, but I didn't start treating it until now. Don't know why. At first I couldn't tell what duck it was coming from, but I quickly learned it was from her. No, I can't hear anything when she breathes. I can try to listen again tomorrow, but I haven't heard anything. Her eyes and nose are clear with no discharge.

I know her voice sounds like that, and then when she's starts getting worked up and trying to talk with the others and get that loud 'honk' or 'quack' (whatever you want to call it lol) with all the head bobbing she seems to loose her voice and be unable to make that certain noise, or it comes out very weak. It's strange.

Hi, sorry for not updating you yesterday @Miss Lydia. I have some more videos of her voice although it's a little hard to hear over the other ducks greeting each other. I got those yesterday and I can upload them today. Her voice hasn't seemed to get better, but it's really only day two I've been treating their water. Wish I had my phone with me this morning as she was sneezing a lot (more like a little 'fit' where she sneezed a few times in a row then stopped) when I let her out back, but I don't normally bring it out in the mornings so I couldn't catch it. Her leg looks the same as well. I put some more neosporin on it.

As for her face, she seems to have either scratched off her scab or it fell off. It looks clean with no fresh blood or pus underneath, so I put some more neosporin on that and I'll keep watching it.
