Best way to feed chickens mash?

I ordered some feed from an online store here in Romania. I was expecting pellets but I received a powdery mixture. I'm not sure the best way to feed it to them. I tried mixing it in with their grain but they didn't eat it.

Try fermenting it or at least wetting it down

Mix in some water about the consistency of oatmeal. I make it for mine fairly regularly in the warmer weather. Only mix what they can eat in a day to reduce waste from spoiling.

Yes, mash was initially intended to be fed wet.

If they aren’t eating the wet mash, try sprinkling some scratch on top of it to give them the right idea.

It may be they are not eating it because you are still feeding them grains. Most chickens will choose grains over a pellet or mash every day of the week but that doesn't mean it is good for them, just like children will choose fries and cake over a proper meal. You need to stop feeding them grains to get them to eat the wet mash.
