Biden - Palin Debate, Anyone watch it?

I vote according to the person that I think is the best person for the job, not republican or democrat...! If I were voting according to looks......Palin...hands down...but, I am a guy!
I think both did real well and both made good points. I do like how Palin has not been in politics very long and she don't care to say what's on her mind. I always said, "if a farmer from Iowa ever ran for president and didn't know anything about politics, he'd get my vote". Dems blame Republicans for what has happened to the economy and Rep. blame Dems......it's politicians, that have let things get out of hand, it's the NAFTA, it's the one's who have let illeagal immigration go on too long and it's the one's who spend their whole life in politics and never change. So, is it republicans fault or democrats fault? It's ours for allowing it to happen! You have a voice, let it be heard during this election.....I don't care who you vote for, just vote!

I don't see where personal perspectives matter on that point unless you live in a
country that is threatened by the United States.

Like it or not the U.S. is the worlds strongest nation. I thank God for that every day.
Are we perfect? Nope. Can we do better? Absolutely.

Can someone answer this question:
If the U.S. disappeared tomorrow what would this world look like?

My point was is that the world knows full well that the US is the strongest force on the planet - I don't see the need to "proof" it....

"Policing" the world is part of the reason that this economic mess is occurring .... taking care of business at home seems more reasonable.

what we really need is another party, an independent party(which I think we have , but nobody votes for them) I really liked Ron Paul, but seems no one else did,who ever wins, we are really gonna have problems for the next 4years, democrat or republican, we are in fora rocky time. I know who I'm gonna vote for, but it's between me and the poling machine. marrie

I just want to add that I very much liked Ron Paul...........but I voted for Perot too.
