I watched it. It once again enforced my confusion over people liking Palin. It's really interesting how differently people see the world.

The bottom line is a campaign, by nature, is "best foot forward". It's PR at its finest and hard to believe anything either candidate says, completely. Honestly, I wish Palin was paired with someone I thought would be a better President than John McCain. Not that I think she hung the moon herself, but at least she has experience running a state and has values a bit closer to mine than Obama. He is just plain scary. Can we have a "do-over"?

My dad was with pride a Medic in the 9th Infantry 2nd Division and yes he was a hero that got no special treatment of any kind. An aspirin was not available neither was winter clothes and it was 30 below zero in North Korea that January. OUr country did not provide winter clothes for them because they were coming home an would be home for christmas..
I have my dads letters from November of 1950 saying hed be home for xmas..

He didint even get humane treatment much less special treatment. I just cant image giving up your country for extra soup or a better blanket.. its amazing to me...

when the prisoners were released from Korea in 1953 after 3 years in prison ALL of them had lost at least fifty percent of theri body weight.
Ck out the video of McCain when he came home... He didnt lose a pound.. if he did lose any he sure must have been really huge when he went to that prision. and a limp.. oh my a limp. he did not suffer very much to look that good. impossible.

As for the debate....Palin did better than I thought she would and Biden did not run off at the mouth. Did it change my opinion, no. Would it change anyone else's, probably not.

Again.....Obama has never sworn on a Koran, that was Minnesota congressman Keith Ellison. I immediately lose respect for someone who perpetuates rumors as truth.

Calling a guy known as Barry Obama to friends as Hussien Obama is just being imflammatory, IMHO.

As for birth certificates, I can't find any candidates on line; and if anyone has a questionable birth it is John McCain being born in Panama.
