Since when is it our place to police the world?

Why would we put our energy there when we depend on oil from people who would rather see us dead? Why have we allowed industry to put their thumb on alternatives for years and hold them down? We sent a man to the moon, remember? Certainly we can find alternative energy.

Why would we NOT patrol our porous borders from people who try to get here to live off us and sell their drugs to our kids.......and kill us if we don't like it.......and vote when they can????

We have SO MANY issues here.

Their were no WMD............even Saddam said he lied because he didn't want IRAN to know he wasn't stocked.

I am having a REAL hard time understanding this.......I am a taxpayer too.

Oh, I know what you mean, if we were no longer King Of The World. But honestly, I think we are already there. The rest of the world has already begun to consider us an ex-superpower, because so much of our country looks a heckuva lot like the Third World, not a developed country. Even my immigrant co-workers comment on it.​

would have no choice but preemptively nuke China and risk a nucleat retaliation.

What about Korea? No U.S. no South Korean deterents. Seoul is vaporized or bombed
with chemical weapon we know North Korea to have.

How about Africa? You think it's a bloodbath now? The U.S. has done more to try and
stabilize a continent that can't be stable. The genocide, using 21st century weapons
with make the holocaust look like a bad cold.

So I ask again. what is the alternative?

I think my Dad had the right idea. On the ballot there should be a "NONE OF THE ABOVE". Then ya start over with all new candidates. I don't know if I can vote either. I hate the idea that our founding fathers were willing to lay down their lives and tons of soldiers after that.... so I can punch a ticket.... and I don't think it's such a hot idea. I have always lived by, "If ya don't vote, you can't gripe" ideology... but this time I really think that the more patriotic thing would be NOT to vote for either of these guys. Scary times, folks. And we've earned it.

P.S. I'm voting for the duck.
