Black Friday Shopping...Who's Going and what are you shopping for?

I only go to the stores on Black Friday to watch the Mayhem. Its always the little old lady pushing the cart in one direction while looking in the other direction that really cracks me up.

They sent out an ad with two pack live traps on sale Friday only at TSC for $20. It's the same ones I bought for $35ish and someone stole, so I could see myself buying that. Also they have 50# BOSS $3 off, which will last me till next Summer for "scratch" treats.
I have to go to work at 9am, though, so I guess it depends on how early I manage to drag my butt out of bed...
Generally I try to avoid all the mayhem and traffic, but TSC *is* pretty close to work.....just depends on if I feel like braving it or not

Well, I normally go every year just to go and have fun. Got my wisdom teeth out today and will not risk getting bumped around and pushed to the ground. I have most of my shopping completed anyways. Anyone know if those nice portable outdoor campfire/grilling things are on sale for the best price? I'd like to get my parents a combined Christmas gift.

I plan on hiding

Amazon...free shipping on so many items, so long as you order $25 worth.

I don't see how they made a DIME off me. I'm up to 3 packages from my order so far, with several items more to arrive. Must have cost them $20 so far just to ship this stuff...

Trust me get there long before an hour ahead of time. Ive seen lines starting at 1 am for somethings

Depends whether she is in a large city or not. I have been to a lot of the sales here in my local area, small town, and it's an hour ahead. I guess I did not take that into account for the cities, as it would be a longer wait for the door, due to more people. Thanks for correcting that.

I'm in Colorado Springs. With what ya'll are saying, I'm thinking 1-2am. Uggg...

The Target is (in my opinion) the nicest in the city; right off of a major shopping area and right next to two large suburbin areas. Maybe it will help that there's a Walmart just down the road???
