Yes sorry it was meant to those that asked what breed they were, but I haven't mastered how the quote thing works yet so now my answers are just all over the place instead..

It should stay.. some SOP's call for it. I believe the Ameraucana SOP does, for example. Blue has got to be one of my favorite chicken colors to look at, but more frustrating to breed.

I think that white wing feather will molt out also, with maturity.
