Black spots on comb?

I don't think you need to put anything on the hen's comb. It's already healing and isn't that large of a would. As for the rooster I am not sure. I would just make sure your coop isn't too drafty and leave it be. (I'm not a frostbite expert but my roosters have had it and it never bothered them.)
So it won’t hurt the rooster with frostbite if I leave it alone...? Like it won’t hurt his comb?
 
You could put the spray on it, but I don't know if it will change anything at this point. Once it turns black I believe it falls off. I don't know if you can reverse it by now.

The comb doesn't grow back :(. It won't hurt him and it's not going to bleed or anything, but he will just stay like that. I have one roo who got frostbitten a few years back and lost the tips of his comb, but he doesn't care and neither do the other chickens.
