Here is a link to the video showing how much he pined for her before she let herself out. My plan was to wait a week or so to let her get used to him. I suffered for a day and a half listening to this every time he was not eating or playing outside:

She hopped out of a 6 inch gap in the corner of her little enclosure the evening of Max's second day of crying, and they have been inseparable ever since. Her name is Ginger. She's a house bunny now:

Ginger is easily the best bunny I ever had. She even ignores when the boys play. The little one is my son's dog:

First time I ever bought a pet for my pet. And I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

I hope you enjoy being a BYC member. There are lots of friendly and very helpful folks here so not only is it overflowing with useful information it is also a great place to make friends and have some fun.

Including your general location on your profile will assist others. Location, climate, season etc can be important factors when members are responding to any questions you may have and vice versa.

You might want to also Find Your State Thread and pop in and say hello.

BYC has Topic of the Week discussions which I have found to be a great resource, informative and sometimes entertaining; so definitely worth checking out.

If you would like to share more Pictures and Stories of Ginger, Max or your flock, you have come to the right place. BYC’ers never tire of these and do not back away slowly or commence eye rolling when the photo album or home videos come out ;)

Thank you, Teila! I'll update my profile and look for my state thread. The topic of the week sounds very interesting. I bet I'll learn a lot here!
