Bloated coturnix quail chick, help!

My 2wk old Coturnix Quail chick is slightly bloated around the abdomen, I'm not sure how long it has been. I bought four chicks a couple days back and I have noticed this one is slower and smaller than the rest.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Do you have any pics? It might be a full crop, not sure if you can see it on a quail though

Also have you checked if the vent is clean? Not sure if “pastey butt” is a thing for baby quail or not, but that is a common issue for chicks. If it is clogged with poo, a warm washcloth can help unstick it. There are youtube tutorials.

Make sure you’re looking at the vent and not the belly button/yolk attachment site. There can be a scab there that you want to leave alone.
