well this is the 4th year & no chicks
do I have to turn the eggs?
do I put something damp in the both of my box,
only 7 eggs so far

Yes you face to turn the eggs. And you need to watch the humidity, is this a homemade incubator? Next spring let the geese hatch their own, they know how to do it best.
