Blood ( I think ) in chicks poo

Oh I have the liquid but I did half of a teaspoon of liquid with half a gallon of water and split it up for them. They always get freshwater in the evening also so I didn’t get them but so much. Plus they just went out to free range for the day so even though I put the bowl of water out there for them they’re probably not gonna care. But I’m not letting the little ones free range yet and they drink a lot of water for their size.

Thank you guys.... all of you for your help and knowledge. I don’t know what I would Do sometimes if I didn’t have my BYC community to turn to. Don’t know how I did it before. Hopefully all goes well like I said none of them seemed off so hopefully a got in them quick enough to solve the problem. I hope

2 teaspoons of 9.6% Corid liquid per gallon of water is the "formula" so increase the amount of Corid to 1 teaspoon for 1/2gallon of water:)

You want to make sure they only have Corid water to drink during the 5-7days of treatment.

I did 1 tsp to 1/2 gallon. Sorry when I posted that I was reallllly tired. I work nights so that time of morning is way way past my bedtime

Found more poop with little blood in the chicks areas upon inspection this morning. They began the corid around noon yesterday. Is there a certain amount of time before I should stop seeing that? They all still eating drinking and acting fine

If they are eating/drinking/active, then continue with the normal Corid dosage. If you find one that is off or becoming lethargic, the I would also give that individual an oral drench (direct dose) along with making the Corid water available.
